Medical Test and Tag

Medical test and tag follows similar procedures to general test and tag, however consists of extra tests run on the equipment to ensure the safety of patients. It also has stricter record keeping requirements.

In medical clinics, the entire patient room must be test and tagged using AS3551 standard, whereas the equipment outside of these rooms can be tested to AS3760.
Test and tag through a medical practice should be at carried out every 12 months, unless your organisation has done a risk management stating otherwise.
